Focus & Scope

AMOR is an international, peer-reviewed scholarly journal that publishes high-quality research articles covering both qualitative and quantitative approaches in management and organization sciences. AMOR welcomes interdisciplinary research that advances theoretical development and practical applications in areas such as organizational behaviour, human resource management, marketing management, strategy and management, financial management, and business and international management. The journal also encourages studies that integrate perspectives from related disciplines to better understand organizational dynamics, managerial decision-making, leadership, and sustainable organizational performance. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure high standards of academic quality, originality, and research integrity, with emphasis on both theoretical contribution and practical relevance.
